Cancellation by ZamZam Al Madina Electronics

Orders will be reserved for 7 days, after which they will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
To pick up your order, please bring the following documents to the store:
- Order ID
- Original Emirates ID or Passport with Visa matching the name on the order.
- Credit Card used to place the order.
Note: The order will not be handed over without these documents. You will receive an email notification once your order is available for pickup.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DEAD/FAULTY
If your item is faulty or not functioning properly due to a product defect, you can return it. Simply visit any ZamZam Al Madina Electronics Store with the invoice and the product. Our Customer Service desk will assist you in returning the product. Upon confirmation of the issue by the seller, we will process a refund to your credit card.
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S):
If you decide to return the item within seven (7) days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition with intact packaging, you may do so.
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the item, and you’ve paid electronically, the refund will be processed, but the timeline for the amount to reflect in your card statement may vary depending on your card provider.

The item will undergo a check for its condition and packaging. If it is in sellable condition, a refund will be issued.
AFTER 7 DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE ITEM(S):

REFUND
If a delivery was attempted, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if the item was defective or not as advertised, this fee will be waived.

GUARANTEE AND/OR WARRANTY OFFERED ON ITEMS SOLD BY OTHER SELLERS

SUSPECTED FAKE ITEM
ZamZam Al Madina Electronics does not tolerate fake items sold by its sellers. If you suspect an item is fake, our Customer Service Teams will investigate. If confirmed within the seven (7) days return period, you can return the item for a refund, provided it is in its original condition with intact packaging. After seven (7) days, returns depend on the seller’s approval.
“ACTIVATION MANDATORY” ON SELECT PRODUCTS
If a customer chooses not to unbox or verify the product upon delivery, they assume responsibility for any issues thereafter. However, if the product remains unused, in its original packaging with intact seals, it qualifies for a refund according to ZamZam Al Madina Electronics’ refund policy.
DISCLAIMER
ZamZam Al Madina Electronics reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of fraudulent transactions, wrong image, wrong price, or wrong description. If an order is dispatched and delivered, and subsequently returned, a resale cost of 25% may be deducted if the unit is opened based on the package’s condition.
DG HELP REPAIRS & RECOVERY
All equipment is received, repaired, and operated with the owner’s consent. Warranty covers only manufacturer’s defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, liquid damage, physical damage, tampering, or virus infection. Charges may apply for quotation rejection. Out-of-warranty repairs will be charged. Items should be collected within 60 days after notification; otherwise, ZamZam Al Madina Electronics reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed items. Service, delivery, installation charges, and quote rejection charges are non-refundable. Software sales are final. Once a diagnosis or repair is performed, the unit cannot be returned to its original state. The receipt must be presented during item collection.
