Returns are accepted within 7 days and must be made at the ZamZam Al Madina Electronics Mega Mall branch in Sharjah. Defective units can be returned for a ZamZam Al Madina Electronics gift card or refund via the original payment method.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after completing the return process and will be issued to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee:

For opened or used products, a minimum restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover handling and restocking costs.

ZamZam Al Madina Electronics reserves the right to issue warnings, implement restrictions, refuse returns, suspend, block, and/or terminate customer accounts if the return policy is abused. This includes engaging in excessive returns, returning items not in their original condition, or frequently canceling or refusing placed orders.
